The Licensed Professional of the Healing Arts (LPHA) position is at Integral Care's The Judge Guy Herman Center Mental Health Crisis Center. This is an intermediate level of residential crisis care for individuals who are either voluntary or involuntarily needing treatment.  The LPHA in one of a number team members who will work with an individual at the Herman Center. The LPHA identifies, assesses, triages and provides treatment for consumers with behavioral health and/or co-occurring medical conditions. Provides an array of appropriate, person-centered, evidence-based, best practice therapeutic interventions to consumers, which may include, but are not limited to: skills training delivered through psycho-education and patient education strategies.  Interventions may also be provided in individual or group settings, and in delivering crisis services with linkages to crisis resources as needed.

Regular, predictable attendance is considered to be an essential requirement for this position. Other duties may be assigned. Occasionally, may require a flexible work schedule.  Minimum of three years' experience performing mental health assessments, diagnosis, and treatment preferred.

  • Detail oriented and excels in documentation, time management, and delegation.
  • Timely and responds effectively to deadlines.
  • Skilled in Microsoft office applications and can easily learn additional software skills.
  • Most importantly, someone who is looking to make a difference in peoples' lives.

License: Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LPHA), LPC, LCSW, Licensed Psychologist, or LMFT is required.  Current and valid Texas driver's license and a clean driving record required.

Hours:Monday-Thursday, 10:00pm-8:00am.

Salary:  $55,602 - $63,616 annually, depending on licensed experience.
