MAT Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LPHA) Job Summary: This position will provide clinical and administrative support for a Medication Assisted Therapy program in an integrated behavioral health outpatient clinic. The MAT LPHA will be a part of an interdisciplinary team treating individuals with a substance use disorder with a combination of medications and wrap-around services including counseling and case management. Under the supervision of the Program Manager and Program Supervisor, the MAT LPHA will ensure fidelity to the MAT model and works with clinical leadership to ensure timely access to treatment and delivery of appropriate services such as: screening, intake assessment, and counseling. Additionally, this position will provide clinical guidance to the assigned Qualified Mental Health Professional providing case management services.

MAT Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LPHA) Education:

Required:

  • Graduated from an accredited college or university with a Master's degree with a major specialization in Human/Behavioral/Social Services or related field.

MAT Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LPHA) License:

Required:

  • Current and valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LPHA), LPC, LCSW, Licensed Psychologist, or LMFT.

MAT Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LPHA) Experience:

Required:

  • Minimum of one or more years' experience performing mental health assessments, diagnosis and treatment.

Preferred:

  • Bilingual fluency in Spanish.

Hours: Full-time; Monday-Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

Salary: $68,047.
