Job Summary: This position serves as the Team Lead of the Expanded Mobile Crisis Outreach Team (EMCOT) co-located at the 911 Call Center. The Team Lead works with the Program Manager supporting community partnerships and developing and innovating best practice models to serve clients expertly. Integral Care's EMCOT seeks to provide people with professional mental health care at the time of crisis and decrease first responder intervention whenever possible. Primary duties on the clinical team include co-location at the 911 Call Center to receive direct transfer of mental health calls from 911 Call Takers, provide telephonic crisis mental health screenings, telehealth crisis screening and assessments as well as being partnered in the community with another clinician or health care provider to do community- based crisis screenings and assessments from referrals received by first responder partners and EMCOT staff stationed at the 911 Call Center.
Hours: Requires a flexible schedule; Monday-Friday with alternating weekend on call, 8:00am-4:00pm.
Salary: $60,055 - $68,729 annually, depending on licensed experience.
