LPHA TEAM LEAD (LPC, LMFT, LCSW)

Job Summary: This project works to fill service gaps for adults experiencing chronic homelessness with a disabling condition(s) for Housing First Permanent Supportive Housing single sites.  Individuals served present with high vulnerability and complex needs. 

The Licensed Professional of the Healing Arts (LPHA) Lead will use best practices to provide specialized therapeutic support including hoarding intervention, motivational interviewing, harm reduction and eviction prevention to individuals at risk of housing instability.

LPHA Lead works in partnership with racially and culturally diverse individuals  diagnosed with mental illnesses who may also have co-occurring substance use disorders and/or chronic health conditions using a recovery based and trauma-informed perspective to define and facilitate their desired life outcomes. LPHAs conduct diagnostic evaluations and provide assessment of strengths, preferences, functional impairments and symptoms at regular intervals to ensure optimal and personalized services. LPHAs deliver evidence-based care including, but not limited to: skills training through psycho-education and patient education strategies, individual, family and/or group services, and delivering crisis services with linkages to crisis resources as needed.

Regular, predictable attendance is considered to be an essential requirement for this position. Other duties may be assigned. May require a flexible work schedule. 

Education: 

Required:

  • Graduated from an accredited college or university with a Master's degree with a major specialization in Human/Behavioral/Social Services or related field.

License:

Required:

  • Current and valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LPHA), LPC, LCSW, Licensed Psychologist, or LMFT.

Hours: Full-Time; Workhours; 9:AM-5:00PM w/ Flexibility, Workdays; Monday-Friday

Salary: $68,692 - $87,575 annually 

Position is eligible for differential pay.

  • Second Shift: $3.25 
  • Third Shift: $4.25
  • Weekend Shift: $5.00
