Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.Bachelor's Degree Major in Information Technology preferred.
Description: Responsibilities, answer all helpdesk phone calls and provide technical assistance (Tier 1 & 2) and support related to computer and phone systems, hardware, or software. Responds to queries, runs diagnostic programs, isolates problem, and determines and implements solution. Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer and phone systems, software, and hardware. Primary responsibilities are but not limited to;
Direct work experience in computer hardware and software installation, help desk, Microsoft Office 365, and/or maintenance. Educational requirements may be offset by additional work experience. Bilingual Skills Spanish preferred.
Regular, predictable attendance is considered to be an essential requirement for this position. Other duties may be assigned. May require a flexible work schedule.
License: Current and valid Texas driver's license and a clean driving record required.CompTIA preferred
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm.
Salary: $18.23 an hour.
