Job Summary: The Contract Monitor position performs highly complex, customer service focused, local authority contract monitoring, technical assistance and training, service monitoring, and quality assurance work ensuring that external provider services are high quality and services are best value and that appropriate services/supports that may help individuals achieve a quality of life and community participation acceptable to the individual/legally authorized representative (LAR).  The contract monitor ensures provider compliance with Integral Care's contract, department rules and regulations through desk reviews, monitoring visits and record and billing reviews.  Works under general supervision of the Provider Network and Authority Officer with high latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgement.  The work involves examining, investigating, and reviewing records, reports, financial statements, and management practices to ensure legal compliance with state statutes and internal regulations. 

Regular, predictable attendance is considered to be an essential requirement for this position. Other duties may be assigned. May require a flexible work schedule.

  • Graduated from an accredited college or university with a Master's degree with a major specialization in Human/Behavioral/Social Services or related field.
License:

    Required:

    • Current and valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Experience:

  • Bilingual in Spanish 

Hours: Full-time; Workdays; Monday-Friday (some remote days), Workhours; 8:00AM-5PM

Salary: 62,306.00
