Administrative Assistant

Job Summary: Under the supervision of the Office Manager and/or designated supervisor, and with latitude for independent judgement, perform clerical support services for the assigned unit(s). Responsibilities include but are not limited to greeting consumers and guest, direct and notify Clinic Treatment Team of their scheduling appointments and maintain clinical schedules, as well as back up responsibilities for other unit Support Staff.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Knowledge of office procedures, spelling, grammar, punctuation, and arithmetic.
  • Skill in using office equipment and personal computers.
  • Ability to perform repetitive data entry functions with a high degree of accuracy.

Licenses:

Required:

  • Current and valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.

Experience:

Preferred:

  • One year of experience in general office administrative work.

Hours: Full-Time; Monday - Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm.

Salary: $16.27 an hour.
