Remote Overnight Mental Health Licensed Therapist Supervisor (LPC, LMFT, LCSW)

Job Summary: The Crisis Hotline is the first contact and representation of Integral Care by phone to the public, clients, community, and providers. Texts and chats coming into the 988 National Suicide Crisis Lifeline are answered by Qualified Mental Health Professionals (QMHP's) 24/7, including holidays. The licensed supervisor's primary duties are to

  • Provide direct clinical support to clinicians answering calls, chats, and texts
  • Provide administrative and personnel support to clinicians
  • Review chats and texts along with documentation of front line clinicians
  • Review chats and texts along with documentation of front line clinicians
  • Assist with training as needed
  • Provide on-call clinical support to staff as needed
  • Answer calls, chats, and texts as needed by providing crisis intervention services and risk assessments

The licensed supervisor works closely with a multitude of community partners, including but not limited to APD, TCSO, medical facilities, and schools. 

Regular, predictable attendance is considered to be an essential requirement for this position. Other duties may be assigned. May require a flexible work schedule.

Education:

  • Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Master's degree in a human services field.

License: 

Required:

  • LPC, LCSW, Licensed Psychologist, or LMFT.
  • Current and valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Experience:

Preferred:

  • Bilingual in Spanish.
  • Experience in crisis and customer service.

Hours: Full-Time.

Salary: $81,912.81 - $104,430.64, based on licensure.
