Job Summary: The Technology Operations Coordinator will provide advanced administrative, operational, and project coordination support to the Technology Team in a fast-paced environment requiring a high degree of multitasking, organization, and attention to detail. This position supports departmental operations through coordination of technology purchasing activities, asset tracking and inventory management, equipment logistics, vendor coordination, and administrative support for Technology leadership.
While the role includes administrative responsibilities, it is designed primarily to provide operational coordination that enables the Technology Team to support the organization's technology strategy. Responsibilities include managing technology procurement activities, maintaining purchasing and financial documentation, reconciling departmental credit card expenses, coordinating equipment logistics, maintaining technology asset records, assisting with departmental reporting, and supporting operational workflows for the Technology Team.
This position will also assist with implementation and maintenance of the organization's technology asset tracking system, ensuring accurate documentation of technology inventory and equipment lifecycle management.
The role assists with coordination and tracking of Technology Team projects and initiatives and provides operational and administrative support to Technology leadership.
Additionally, the position supports the organization's adoption of emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools such as Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT, by assisting with coordination of training, documentation, and workflow integration efforts across the organization.
Assignments involve moderately complex work in office, business, operational, and fiscal activities.
Regular, predictable attendance is considered to be an essential requirement for this position. Other duties may be assigned. May require a flexible work schedule.
