Job Summary: The System Support Specialist supports the program operations and information needs of Integral Care by assisting with the implementation of new modules and ongoing maintenance of the Electronic Health Record (EHR) and other designated software applications. This position primarily focuses on supporting the EHR application, assisting staff with moderately complex tasks, providing new employee EHR training, setting up and deactivating user accounts, creating training materials (written and recorded), and troubleshooting software issues.
As part of the Application Support team, this role also assists front-line users via Help Desk calls and emails, tests software updates and enhancements, creates and maintains user guides, and participates in various work groups and meetings. The Specialist works independently under general supervision, using sound judgment, initiative, and strong written and verbal communication skills.Regular, predictable attendance is an essential requirement for this position. Other duties may be assigned. May require a flexible work schedule.

Salary: $64,798.24 annually.
