Resource Ambassador

Job Summary: The Resource Ambassador role supports a dynamic environment where staff, vendors, clients, and visitors regularly access Integral Care's services and facilities. This position is responsible for helping maintain a safe, welcoming, and secure environment across the premises by monitoring activity, observing potential safety concerns, and responding appropriately to incidents.

Resource Ambassadors apply their experience in security, de-escalation, and first aid to promote safety and prevent issues such as theft, vandalism, or disruptive behavior. Through strong observational skills and timely response, they help identify and address potential risks while supporting a calm and respectful atmosphere for everyone on site.

Resource Ambassadors assist in protecting staff, clients, visitors, vendors, and organizational assets while contributing to a secure and supportive environment for all individuals accessing Integral Care facilities.

Regular, predictable attendance is considered to be an essential requirement for this position. Other duties may be assigned. May require a flexible work schedule.

Education:

Required:

  • High School Diploma or GED.

License:

  • CPR/First Aid certification, or the ability to obtain certification within 6 months of hire.
  • Current and valid driver's license and a clean driving record required.

Experience:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a security role is preferred. 
  • Training in de-escalation technique is preferred.

Hours: Full-Time.

Workdays: Monday - Friday.

Workhours: 7:00AM - 5:00PM.

Salary: $24.17 an hour.
