Job Summary: The Nurse Supervisor provides clinical oversight for nursing staff. This position is expected to behave with professionalism, empathy, and positive regard for others in verbal, written, and non-verbal communications. The goal is to promote trauma informed practices, provide suicide safer care, and foster a supportive and welcoming environment that promotes racial and health equity. This position calls for strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with a team and with both internal and external stakeholders. This position will provide clinical supervision to nursing staff, will identify, develop and implement nursing processes in compliance with contractual, Joint Commission and other applicable guidelines, the Nursing Practice Act and nursing best practices, train nursing staff about clinical nursing processes, develop quality assurance tools specific to clinical nursing processes, develop evaluation tools specific to clinical nursing processes under the direction of the Director of Nursing, and develop health education tools for staff use. The position serves as a point of review and monitoring of clinical nursing incidents under the clinical supervision of the Director of Nursing and administrative supervision of the practice administrator of designee. At this level, work is performed with moderate to high latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. The nurse supervisor may be assigned clinical nursing responsibility for one or more units.
The Nurse Supervisor will represent the division in Infection Prevention Committee.
Flexible schedule and on- call rotation may be required. Collaborate with Director of Nursing and Practice Administrator or designee with initial and annual review of the unit nursing policy and procedure. This position is administratively responsible to the Practice Administrator or assigned designee and under the clinical oversight of the Director of Nursing and Medical Director.
Regular, predictable attendance is considered to be an essential requirement for this position. Other duties may be assigned. May require a flexible work schedule.

Salary: $106,564 - $135,858 annually depending on licensure.
