Job Summary: Integral Care is seeking a detail-oriented and mission-driven Procurement Specialist to support the full lifecycle of purchasing and contracting in compliance with governmental procurement laws and healthcare regulations. This role is responsible for managing sourcing, contract execution, vendor onboarding, and compliance tasks using Workday ERP.
The ideal candidate has experience in a public sector or nonprofit setting, with working knowledge of State of Texas procurement regulations, grant-funded purchasing, and automated workflows within Workday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute end-to-end procurement processes including requisition creation, competitive sourcing, bid evaluation, and purchase order (PO) issuance in Workday ERP
- Ensure compliance with State of Texas purchasing guidelines, federal grant requirements (Uniform Guidance), and internal procurement policies
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to identify procurement needs, recommend sourcing strategies, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services
- Develop and maintain supplier relationships; support supplier onboarding and performance tracking
- Review contracts and procurement documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance; collaborate with Legal and Compliance as needed
- Monitor open orders, track deliveries, and resolve order discrepancies or vendor performance issues
- Maintain documentation and procurement records in accordance with audit requirements
- Support reporting and analytics on spend, vendor diversity, and procurement performance metrics
- Assist with procurement training and support for internal users navigating Workday procurement modules
- Participate in system upgrades, testing, and process improvement initiatives related to Workday and procurement operations
Regular, predictable attendance is considered to be an essential requirement for this position. Other duties may be assigned. May require a flexible work schedule.

Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Public Administration, or related field.
License:
- Current and valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Certified Texas Contract Developer (CTCD) or Certified Texas Procurement Manager (CTPM) preferred.
Experience:
- 2+ years of procurement or purchasing experience, preferably in a governmental, nonprofit, or healthcare environment.
- Hands-on experience with Workday Procurement/ERP modules, including requisitions, sourcing, supplier management, and contract lifecycle.
- Working knowledge of federal and state procurement regulations (e.g., Texas Administrative Code, 2 CFR Part 200).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint.
Hours: Full-Time.
Workdays: Monday - Friday.
Workhours: 8:00AM - 5:00PM.
Salary: $68,037.84 - $75,012.08 annually.
