Practice Manager

Job Summary: The Practice Manager is responsible for the quality management of business operations for assigned service delivery site(s); provides guidance, direction and supervision to staff to ensure the delivery of quality client care and implementation of processes. This position has a broad scope of responsibility and oversight for programs and personnel and/or may provide direct clinical care as needed to assigned services and program areas, which may include the development and implementation of new or expanded services and in designated areas of responsibility. Engages staff to ensure the highest quality of care and effective use of provider staff time and resources. 

This position has the responsibility for program planning, interagency relations, resource development and acts as
liaison with relevant external constituents in a progressive, positive and professional manner. This position may be
accountable to ensure efficient and effective use of provider staff time and resources. Establishes and maintains
highest standards for quality care and ethical practice.

On-call responsibilities may be required dependent upon unit protocols. The Practice Manager may recruit, select and
hire appropriate staff for the unit(s) overseen.

Regular, predictable attendance is considered to be an essential requirement for this position. Other duties may be assigned. May require a flexible work schedule.

Education:

Required:

  • Graduated from an accredited college or university with a Master's degree with a major specialization in Human/Behavioral/Social Services or related field. 

License:

Required:

  • Current and valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Licensed LPC, LCSW or LMFT in the State of Texas. 

Experience:

Preferred:

  • Clinical supervisory experience is required.
  • Must have a minimum of three years' experience working with individuals in treatment for behavioral health disorders
    and/or recovery.
  • Bilingual preferred. 

Hours: Full-Time.

Workdays: Monday - Friday. Occasional weekends. 

Workhours: 8:00AM - 5:00PM. Occasional nights/overnights. 

Salary: $83,496 - $106,448 annually based on years of licensure, plus an additional 10% crisis stipend.
