Job Summary: The Practice Manager will oversee all aspects of the Transition Support Team and IDD Crisis Services. They will be responsible for the quality of services provided to people with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD), complying with all State, Local and Federal rules and regulations; and the fiscal health of the programs.
This position has a high degree of responsibility for representing, promoting and collaborating within Integral Care IDD division as well as between other Integral Care divisions in a progressive, positive and professional manner. This position will be expected to collaborate with community partners as the subject matter expert on behalf of the IDD division. The practice manager will be expected to be comfortable with public speaking, presentations and facilitating high-level meetings.
This position is accountable for creating a highly efficient and innovative professional environment with high performance standards. Recruits, selects and hires appropriate staff for the units overseen. This position has a broad scope of responsibility and oversight for programs and personnel.
Works under general supervision of the division's Director of Practice Management with moderate latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgement.
Regular, predictable attendance is considered to be an essential requirement for this position. Other duties may be assigned. May require a flexible work schedule.

Salary: $86,835.84 - $110,705.92 annually.
