Job Summary: The Mobile Court Program is a partnership between Integral Care and the Austin Community Court providing court services at events throughout the city. The Austin Community Court provides criminal diversion and case management services to people experiencing homelessness who have been charged with one or more municipal Class C misdemeanors, such as criminal trespass, public intoxication, or violations of the no sit/no lie ordinance. Integral Care's role on this team is to provide mental health services and navigation to Mobile Court clients.

QMHP responsibilities with Mobile Court include conducting mental health and substance use-focused interviews; reviewing history of engagement with Integral Care services; completing screening and intake assessments; providing referrals to Integral Care programs or suitable programs at partner agencies; and following up to support successful program enrollment.

Ideal candidates will be adaptable, resourceful, and persistent. Experience working directly with people experiencing homelessness and/or in mental health assessment is preferred. Regular consultation will be available from members of the Homeless Outreach Street Team (HOST), and you will office out of One Texas Center at 505 Barton Springs Rd. This position requires independent travel within city limits. Mileage reimbursement will be provided for personal vehicle use.

Regular, predictable attendance is considered to be an essential requirement for this position. Other duties may be assigned. May require a flexible work schedule.

Education:

• Graduated from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's degree with a major specialization in Human/Behavioral/Social Services or related field. Master's degree preferred.

• Current and valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Hours: Full - Time.

Workdays: Monday - Friday.

Workhours: 8:00AM - 4:00PM.

Salary: $24.18 - $25.39, based on education.
