Mental Health Licensed Therapist Team Lead (LPC, LMFT, LCSW)

Job Summary: This position serves as an LPHA (LPC/LMFT/LCSW) clinical team leader. Primary duties in this unit includes providing immediate crisis stabilization, intervention and relapse prevention services to individuals experiencing a mental health crisis episode in the community. The Team Lead will primarily guide daily clinical team staffing within a multidisciplinary unit team staff, to include working closely with and supervised by the Practice Manager, to ensure program guidelines and unit operations compliance while coordinating appropriate and quality client care for optimal person-centered treatment. The Team Lead also provides support to clinical staff in addition to utilizing sound, clinical judgement and consultation, direction, debriefing, and positive, productive feedback for case management. The Team Lead will exercise strong leadership skills, solid client oriented, solution focused, critical thinking and problem-solving guidance and counsel. The lead will work in collaboration with the other team clinicians and community partners, as needed, to aid individuals receive essential crisis services.

Education:

Required:

  • Graduated from an accredited college or university with a Master's degree with a major specialization in Human/Behavioral/Social Services or related field.

License:

Required:

  • Current and valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LPHA), LPC, LCSW, Licensed Psychologist, or LMFT.

Experience:

Preferred:

  • ACT, community based mental health, treatment center experience. 

Hours: Full-Time.

Workhours: 8:00AM - 5:00PM or 8:00AM - 6:00PM.

Workdays: Monday - Friday, Monday - Thursday or Tuesday - Friday.

Salary: $68,692 -$87,575 annually depending on licensure, plus an additional 10% crisis stipend.
