Mental Health Licensed Therapist Supervisor (LPC, LMFT, LCSW)

Job Summary: LPHA Supervisors are responsible for leading the team's service delivery and ensuring the provision of recovery-focused, person-centered care with a trauma-informed perspective. LPHA Supervisors operate in a dynamic environment, develop extensive knowledge of community resources, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and cultivate a clinical skill-set by forging therapeutic relationships with diverse community members. LPHA Supervisors participate in diagnostic evaluations and provide assessment of strengths, preferences, functional impairments and symptoms of psychiatric and/or co-occurring disorder(s) to ensure optimal and personalized services.

Identifies and implements strategies for ongoing program development and achievement of unit performance measures. Engages staff to ensure the highest quality of care and effective use of provider staff time and resources. This position is responsible for oversight of assigned program and personnel and may carry an individual case load. May be responsible for supervision of staff within the assigned unit including, but not limited to, areas of client care, self-care, professional development, time management, performance review and feedback.

On-call responsibilities may be required dependent upon unit protocols. High latitude for independent judgment.

Regular, predictable attendance is considered to be an essential requirement for this position. Other duties may be assigned. May require a flexible work schedule.

Education:

Required:

  • Graduated from an accredited college or university with a Master's degree with a major specialization in Human/Behavioral/Social Services or related field.

License:

Required:

  • Current and valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LPHA), LPC, LCSW, Licensed Psychologist, or LMFT.

Experience:

Preferred:

  • Bilingual.

Hours: Full-Time.

Workhours: 10:00AM - 8:00PM (M-F) or 12:00PM - 10:00PM (M-F) or 10:00AM - 8:00PM (F-M).

Workdays: Monday - Friday or Friday - Monday. 

Salary: $72,127 - $91,954 annually based on years of licensure, plus an additional 10% crisis stipend.
