Job Summary: LPHA will work in conjunction with the crisis training manager to identify and implement strategies for ongoing program development and achievement of unit performance measures through curriculum development and training. Primary responsibility includes providing clinical and process-oriented training which supports the mission of the crisis division of Integral Care, including Psychiatric Emergency Services, The Mobile Crisis Teams, and the 911 Call Center.
LPHA will help drive improvements in the health and well-being of clients served by Integral Care's crisis services through developing and implementing curriculum, as well as monitoring and contributing to the development of new employees in building proficiency and job readiness. Direct teaching, including modeling and shadowing in clinical settings, will be implemented to ensure continuity of care across the unit. Leadership, guidance, and mentoring will be provided to ensure employee growth and effectiveness.
This position will be responsible for consulting with and assisting in the training of internal and external agencies including first responders, schools, hospitals, and other community partners to identify user needs, provide guidance and direction, and train on effective de-escalation for persons in crisis as well as acting as a liaison in a positive and professional manner. By providing increased awareness and understanding of mental health in the community, the training LPHA helps to ensure personnel are aware of best practice-based and research-based methods.
Regular, predictable attendance is considered to be an essential requirement for this position. Other duties may be assigned. May require a flexible work schedule.

Salary: $67,390.17 - $85,914.73, plus and addition 10% crisis stipend.
