Job Summary:

The Mental Health Licensed Therapist - Crisis Intervention provides evidence-based, suicide-specific care grounded in the Zero Suicide framework. This community-based role supports individuals at high risk for suicide by completing assessments in inpatient, residential, and community settings; delivering crisis intervention; and ensuring smooth transitions from higher to lower levels of care. The therapist maintains close follow-up with clients, coordinates care across teams, and plays a key role in training staff and community partners in evidence-based suicide prevention and intervention practices.

Regular, predictable attendance is considered to be an essential requirement for this position. Other duties may be assigned. May require a flexible work schedule.

Education:

Required:

  • Graduated from an accredited college or university with a Master's degree with a major specialization in Human/Behavioral/Social Services or related field.

License:

Required:

  • Current and valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LPHA), LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.

Experience:

Preferred: 

  • 2 or more years working in a crisis setting
  • Bilingual in Spanish 

Hours: Full - Time

Workdays: Monday - Friday 

Workhours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Salary: $67,390.17 - $85,914.73
