Job Summary: The Crisis Hotline is the first contact and representation of Integral Care by phone to the public, clients, community, and providers. Calls, texts, and chats coming into Integral Care's main crisis number and 988 National Suicide Crisis Lifeline are answered by Qualified Mental Health Professionals (QMHP's) 24/7, including holidays.
The direct support professional will provide support to the Practice Manager to ensure continuity of operations within the unit. This will include coordinating with new hires, managing multiple reports, managing inventory, and working closely with all supervisors to support the team. This position works closely with a multitude of community partners, including but not limited to APD, TCSO, medical facilities, and schools. These duties are performed under the supervision of an LPHA.
Regular, predictable attendance is considered to be an essential requirement for this position. Other duties may be assigned. May require a flexible work schedule.
