Executive Assistant

Job Summary: This position provides support to a member of the Executive Management Team or Director of Practice Management. The purpose of the position is to perform a combination of complex administrative and technical program work in support of divisional and/or agency-wide operations. Assignments involve difficult and responsible work in office, business, and/or fiscal operations with moderate to extensive latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. At this level, this position is routinely involved with highly sensitive and confidential personnel and program information, provides technical and administrative program guidance to subordinate unit staff and management, and performs administrative quality control for all correspondence, reports, finance and personnel-related documentation submitted by divisional units.

Regular, predictable attendance is considered to be an essential requirement for this position. Other duties may be assigned. May require a flexible work schedule.

Education:

Required:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

License:

Required:

  • Current and valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Experience: 

Preferred:

  • Three years of progressively responsible experience in general office administrative work is preferred

    Hours: Full-Time.

    Workdays: Monday - Friday.

    Workhours: 8:00AM - 5:00PM.

    Salary: $24.64 an hour.
