Job Summary: The purpose of this Crisis Residential Respite Care Manager position is to manage the program Crisis Residential Care Assistants and unit operations to include, not limited to, training, scheduling, daily cleaning tasks, assigned meal duties, client-care safety checks, observing clients' self administration of medication, programming milieu, etc. along with the planning and development of services program guidelines, policies and procedures, and to oversee the implementation of these expected residential standards and protocols.
The position requires the manager to engage, motivate and promote positive interactions and intervene in crisis de-escalation as well as encourage clients' participation in social and developmental activities within the programming perimeters. This manager will continuously train and educate residential assistant care staff about responsibilities to maintain contracts' compliance.
The manager will supervise, monitor and coach residential care assistant employees. Work is performed under the supervision by the Crisis Residential Practice Administrator with latitude for initiative and independent, professional autonomy.
This position provides administrative and technical supervision to para-professionals who work alongside and with other units' multi-disciplinary clinical support staff within a team dynamic alongside unit Practice Manager and/or RN Supervisor.
Regular, predictable attendance is considered to be an essential requirement for this position. Other duties may be assigned. May require a flexible work schedule.

Salary: $82,700.80 - 105,435.20 annually plus an additional 10% crisis stipend.
