Job Summary:

The Texas Home Living program provides essential services and supports so that individuals can remain in their own home or family home.  The services supplement but do not replace natural supports.

The primary purpose of the position is to provide direct support to individuals that are currently in the Texas Home Living program at Integral Care.  This position is responsible for following an individual plan of care to support individuals to live and participate successfully in their own homes and while in the community. 

Education: High School Diploma of GED required.

Experience: One year working with persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities (and other disorders specific to the unit's population) preferred.

Licenses: Current and valid Texas Driver's License and a clean driving record are required. 

Hours: Part-Time (29 hours per week).  Primarily Monday-Friday, but may vary. 

Salary: $14.09 an hour.
