Clinical Training Manager

Job Summary: The Clinical Training Manager reports directly to the Director of Program Integrity and Contract Compliance and is responsible for the planning, management, completion and evaluation of professional development projects. Establishes project parameters and processes for educational improvements and content development. Collaborates with stakeholders on educational initiatives that support technical competence, cultural sensitivity and trauma-informed care. This includes managing a project team, its process and deliverables, as well as reporting on progress.

The Clinical Training Manager's duties include:
  • Gather necessary background information, source material, and project requirements.
  • Ensure that the infrastructure and resources for projects are established in advance for the team to deliver the agreed upon output.
  • Ensure that content development and implementation is conducted in consultation with key project stakeholders.
  • Ensure that the development and execution of project plans is on time and on budget.
  • Assist with the development of training evaluations.
  • Report progress toward milestones, evaluation feedback, and efforts to act on feedback.
  • Contribute to ongoing professional development communications, including the agency newsletter, SharePoint website, and other marketing avenues.
  • Maintain awareness of mandatory training requirements outlined by the Texas Administrative Code, Joint Commission, CCBHC certification and other regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in committees that advance staff development.
This is a management position with significant latitude for initiative and independent judgment. May travel to
multiple Integral Care sites to facilitate classes for in-classroom instruction.

Regular, predictable attendance is considered to be an essential requirement for this position. Other duties may be assigned. May require a flexible work schedule.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in a social, behavioral, or human services field, or a related field required. Master's degree preferred. 

License:

  • Current and valid driver's license and a clean driving record required. 

Experience: 

  • 3 years of management experienced required. 
  • 3 years of direct care experience required.

Hours: Full-Time.

Workdays: Monday - Friday.

Workhours: 9:00AM - 5:00PM.

Salary: $82,700.80 annually.
