Job Summary: The Clinical Training Manager reports directly to the Director of Program Integrity and Contract Compliance and is responsible for the planning, management, completion and evaluation of professional development projects. Establishes project parameters and processes for educational improvements and content development. Collaborates with stakeholders on educational initiatives that support technical competence, cultural sensitivity and trauma-informed care. This includes managing a project team, its process and deliverables, as well as reporting on progress.
The Clinical Training Manager's duties include:Regular, predictable attendance is considered to be an essential requirement for this position. Other duties may be assigned. May require a flexible work schedule.

Salary: $82,700.80 annually.
