Analytics Manager

Job Summary: The principal function of the Analytics Manager is to help drive improvements in the health and wellness of clients served by Integral Care's Clinical Programs through managing data that informs treatment strategies and interventions. Tasked with performing advanced data analytical support, the Analytics Manager will be the subject matter specialist for analyzing health data for the purpose of evaluating outcomes and helping organization leaders develop better strategies for healthcare delivery. The work involves planning, developing, coordinating and implementing data research, analysis, and reporting functions to support program investigations, evaluations and audits. The Analytics Manager will collaborate with decision-makers to define projects and reporting systems and will prepare a variety of reports and other deliverables containing sophisticated analyses of service and outcomes data that will help guide business decisions.

Examples of work performed:

  • Provides advanced technical support and guidance to Level 1 HICs on the team.
  • Serves as the lead developer for agency-wide reporting solutions.
  • Collaborates with internal and external clients to determine user requirements.
  • Retrieves and compiles relevant data, and analyzes data using established statistical tools, methods, and techniques.
  • Identifies data gaps, errors, anomalies, inconsistencies, and redundancies by analyzing the content, structure and relationships within data.
  • Prepares concise reports to present and interpret data.
  • Assists in defining, developing, and implementing data standards.
  • Assists with developing software applications or programming to use for statistical modeling and graphic analysis.

Regular, predictable attendance is an essential requirement for this position. Other duties may be assigned. May require a flexible work schedule.

Education:

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Public Policy Analysis, Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science or similar discipline.

License:

Required:

  • Current and valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Experience:

Required:

  • 5-10 years relevant experience in data analytics or evaluation required.

    Hours: Full-Time.

    Workdays: Monday - Friday.

    Workhours: 8:00AM - 5:00PM.

    Salary: $92,054 annually.
