Job Summary: The Homeless Outreach Street Team (HOST) is a partnership between Integral Care, the Downtown Austin Community Court (DACC), ATCEMS Community Health Paramedics (CHPs), and APD, engaging in outreach services with people experiencing homelessness in downtown Austin. Administrative Assistant responsibilities with HOST include answering phone calls and emails; coordinating these external communications with the team; supply ordering and stocking; assisting with tracking expenditures and related documentation; and potentially other duties as assigned. This position is for 20 hours per week, and the specific days and times are open to negotiation within the hours of 7am to 4pm Monday - Friday. Regular in-person work at the HOST office located at 505 Barton Springs Rd. is required, remote work opportunities may be available in consultation with the Program Manager.
Regular, predictable attendance is considered to be an essential requirement for this position. Other duties may be assigned. May require a flexible work schedule.
