Job Summary: This position is for the Travis County Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team. This is a community based team that provides high intensity services for individuals who with frequent or lengthy psychiatric hospitalizations and crisis episodes. Evidence based services are provided utilizing the TMACT model. This position does require on-call rotation.
Program Managers are responsible for managing services delivery, team operations and ensuring the provision of recovery-focused, person-centered care with a trauma-informed perspective. Responsible for supervision of staff within the specifically assigned service(s) units including, but not limited to, areas of client care, self-care, professional development, time management, performance review and feedback. Identifies and implements strategies for ongoing program development and achievement of contractual and budgetary goals. Engages staff to ensure the highest quality of care and effective use of provider staff time and resources.
This position has a broad scope of responsibility and oversight for programs, clinics and personnel and/or carries an individual case load. On-call responsibilities may be required dependent upon unit protocols. This position may have additional duties associated with providing bilingual communication services and requires the completion of a language competency test
Regular, predictable attendance is considered to be an essential requirement for this position. Other duties may be assigned. May require a flexible work schedule.

Salary: $79,520 - 101,380 annually, plus an additional 10% crisis stipend.
